Marketing of residential realestate

Abstract

When Slovenia joined the European Union the marketing of real estate has expended over the country's borders. The thesis discusses the marketing of residential real estates in the municipality of Gorizia and municipality of Nova Gorica in the time period from January 2013 to February 2013. We assume that the prices of residential real estates in the municipality of Gorizia are lower than the prices in the municipality of Nova Gorica. Based on this, we analyse the residential real estate market in the municipality of Gorizia, the market environment in the municipality of Nova Gorica, we segment residential real estate market and analyse the purchasing behavior of citizens of the Municipality of Nova Gorica. Based on the analysis we establish an appropriate marketing mix of residential real estate.\ud The analysis results confirm the hypothesis that the majority of residential real estates in the municipality of Gorizia are cheaper than the residential real estates in municipality of Nova Gorica. We discovered that residential real estates in the municipality of Gorizia are becoming more and more interesting for the citizens of the municipality of Nova Gorica, mainly because they are cheaper. Based on this we think that it is worth to take advantage of the opportunity and buy a residential property located in the municipality of Gorizia. For potential customers in the municipality of Nova Gorica two and three-room apartments of higher quality class in the suburb of Gorizia, with a price between 900 EUR and 1.200 EUR per square meter would be particularly interesting.\ud \u
