This diploma thesis describes the three main spatial register in the Republic of Slovenia on the areas of land use: capability evaluation of land, actual land use and planning land use. All it's own, to result in duties and rights of both individual and legal persons in the country. This diploma thesis deals with the possibility of establishing unique register of land use on the basis of capability evaluation of land, which will be shown in individual cases, it makes sense to link all registers into a unique register of land use.\ud
