There have not been many legislative changes on clarification of boundaries in the past years, therefore many good practices were able to form, but there are also some problems we can address. In addition to judicial clarification of boundaries we also examined Legislation regarding evidencing of condominium and determining the land belonging to the building. Act on the Acquisition of the Strata Title of a Part of a Building on the Proposal of the Owner and on Determining the Land Belonging Thereto brought two new judicial procedures that address the complicated issue of real property evidencing. In the Graduation Thesis we critically analyse (the past) Legislation and practical solutions of the subject at hand. Based on interviews and selected cases we present some conclusions, regarding problems and good practices with judicial expertise of the subject at hand. In the Graduation Thesis we deal with the problem of evidencing judicial decrees in Land Cadastre. We present records of procedures from the Regional Surveying and Mapping Authority Sevnica and from District Courts. Objective of the Graduation Thesis is to establish a method for data analysing, based on SMA Offices data and District Courts data, to identify requests for evidencing changes in Land Cadastre based on legal remedies. Our objective is to develop a searching approach for legal remedies that were not evidenced in Land Cadastre, which presents a big problem of land administration in Slovenia
