In this graduation thesis I discuss the role of actors in land and building cadastre procedures. Individual surveying services are presented, as well as the role of actors in these individual surveying services. Individual actors are described in great detail, namely with referring to rules and regulations on the basis of which the actors are entering the land and building cadastre procedures. Further on, I offer a description of various manners on how to gain information on actors and also the procedure of inviting actors to surveying services. The description of the land register, the fundamental record of property owners, is also available in this graduation thesis
