In the graduation thesis will be presented internal real property database for legal entities, who owns a large number of real properties. This is a new service for legal and natural entities like banks, municipalities, real estate leasing companies, owners of the apartment buildings, Farmland and forest found, state managers, larger farms, whose owns, lease or manage a large number of real properties. This service helps users in managing and determining the strategy of property management. In thesis is described the purpose of establishment of such database and methods of their construction. Mass valuation process of real properties is described, which in the process of notification of owners shows the possible needs for such a form of service
