This diploma work talks about the role of geodesist in the process of parcelling for the needs of denationalization. In the early part of diploma I presented the land cadastre and land registry and the also denationalization itself and the laws which are crucial for the realization of the process itself. The task is based on practical case of parcelling for the needs of dencionalization in which all the procedures, calculations and results of preparing the expert's detailed report are presented. The procedure of submiting the expert's detailed report to the Geodetic administration is also described
