Diploma analyses avaliability of some public accesable real estate data for market analysis and single real estate evaluation. It deals with the manner of the state review on the real estate market in the Republic of Slovenia and in the Federal Republic of Germany including legal regulations in both countries, which directly and indirectly interfere with this field. It describes the data base – Record of real estate market, whose primary function is mass evaluation, however, it can be also applied to single real estate evaluation and real estate market analysis. The Statistic report of Slovenian real estate market and the analysis of the real estate market on the World Wide Web “Slonep” have also been analyzed. On the basis of well-known methods for single evaluation, it has been established which data from the analysis of the Statistic report of Slovenian real estate market are applicable to the use in the single real estate evaluation
