Thesis refers to the project Renewal of building cadastre. The purpose of it is to gain and improve the quality of data in Building Cadastre. Data, which is managed in Building Cadastre will be used in tasks of mass-evaluation system in real estate. This thesis describes tasks to improve quality of data and register ton entry of data in Building Cadastre. It is also described the course of acquisition and real estate register. At the end is described and analyzed the experimental real estate register, which was carried out by Geodetic institute in 2003 in the region of geodetic administration Domžale, Cerknica, Litija and Velenje
