In this graduation thesis you are presented with geodetic plan for better and more quality developing in the future. First part of study describes geodetic plan as it is defined by the law. The second part shows you in which direction geodetic plan will develop by needs of other technical professions. The main part contains the role of geodetic plan in the process of design and documents needed to suit the law. Public infrastructure is also described, because geodetic plan and later designing depends on updating data in collector cadastre of public infrastructure. In case of false data in geodetic plan, which is caused by inaccuracy or not up to date data in collector cadastre allot of damage can be done on communal energy network. So the geodetic plan must be updated rapidly and needs to suit users the way they need it.
