The following diploma thesis provides a detailed description of the preparation of geodetic plan, as well as the contents and main components of geodetic plan. In addition, an example of the preparation of geodetic plan is added. In general, there are three types of geodetic plan, serving their main purpose: geodetic plan for the project documentation for building, geodetic plan of the new condition of the land and geodetic plan for entry in the register of facilities. The preparation itself is very similar for all three the main difference is in the contents. Geodetic plan is a representation of the physical structures on the earth’s surface or underground, scaled at a smaller ratio according to cartographic rules
