Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kasus Pneumonia dengan Modalitas Nebulizer, Infra Red (Ir), Postural Drainage Dan Thoracic Expansion Exercise (Tee) Di BBKPM Surakarta
Background : Pneumonia is an inflammatory or inflammatory process in the lung
tissue that is usually caused by being infected by bacteria, viruses, fungi or other
foreign matter.
Objectives : To determine the effect of Nebulizer, Infra Red (IR), Postural
Drainage and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE) in reducing bronchial dilatation,
reducing respiratory muscle spasms, removing sputum and increasing piston
expansion in cases of pneumonia.
Results : After 6 weeks of T1: 5 to T6: 3 exposure, T1: 1.5 axilla expansion was
T6: 2.5, the pore expansion of the intercostal 4 sphinc T1: 1.5 to T6: 2 , 5, piston
extension of xyphoideus T1: 1.5 to T6: 2,5, pain in silent pain T1: 2 to T6: 0.7, T1:
4 tenderness to T6: 2, pain in deep breathing T1: 6 to T6: 3.
Conclusion : Nebulizer can reduce bronchial dilatation under conditions of
pneumonia, Infra Red (IR) may reduce chest pain due to respiratory muscle spasm
under conditions of pneumonia, Postural Drainage may release sputum in
pneumonia conditions and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE) may increase piston
expansion under conditions pneumonia
