Abstract

<p>Coding sequences for the first 17 amino acids of <i>KRAS</i> wild-type (wt) and mutant (mu) were inserted into the amino terminus of the psiCHECK2’s hRluc (renilla) and hluc (firefly) coding sequence, respectively.
