Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Pada Karyawan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The subject of this study is 50 employees environmental department of Surakarta city. The sampling technique use is non Probability sampling. the method used in this study is a quantitative method with a measure of the scale of the transformational leadership style with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data analysis technique used in the study is non parametric statistical analysis of spearman rank calculated using SPSS 16 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis (r) of 0,865; p = 0.000 (p≤0,01) means there is a positive relationship is very significant positive relationship between the transformational leadership style with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employess environmental department of Surakarta city. The variable transformational leadership style has an empirical average RE = 159,22 which belong to the high category, while Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)variable has an empirical average RE = 142, 56 which is high category, the effective contribution of transformational leadership style variable to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is 90,1 % so that there 9,9 % influenced by other factors
