Analisis Kinerja Guru Pada Pengelolaan Kelas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Mojosongo

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of fourth grade teachers at SD Negeri 1 Mojosongo in motivating students to learn, the learning process carried out in the classroom, and the way teachers motivate student learning. The type of research used is qualitative. The method used to collect data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique using phenomenology approach.Data validity using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's performance in the learning process starts from the planning stage, namely making RPP. After the planning stage, the second stage is the implementation or learning process. The third stage is evaluation / assessment. The implementation phase consists of three activities, namely opening activities, core activities and closing activities. Opening activities, the activities carried out by the teacher start from preparing students both physically and psychologically, giving motivation to students. The core activity begins with the teacher digging up the learners' information, providing learning material that is in line with the development of fourth grade students. The closing activity is filled with giving reinforcement to students and assignments. The third stage is evaluation, evaluation / assessment is carried out after learning for the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. The way the teacher motivates students to pay attention to students, creates a comfortable and conducive classroom environment, uses a variety of more interesting methods, clarifies learning objectives
