This study aims to determine the efficiency level of Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Banks during 2017 and whether there is a significant difference between the efficiency level of Sharia Foreign Exchange Bank and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Bank in Indonesia by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with approach Input oriented in 2017. Using secondary data obtained from quarterly financial reports published on the official Financial Services Authority (OJK) website www.ojk.go.id. Sharia Commercial Bank has an efficiency performance if it has an efficiency score of 1 or 100% and is said to be inefficient when approaching 0. The sample used in this study amounted to 6 Sharia Commercial Banks, consisting of 3 Sharia Commercial Banks and 3 Non-Sharia Commercial Banks Foreign exchange during 2017. The inputs used in this study are demand deposits, savings deposits and time deposits, while the output used is placements with other banks and placements with Indonesian banks. This research uses input-output variable with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Based on the results of DEA calculation using DEAP software version 2.1 as a whole from time to time the Sharia Foreign Exchange Bank and Non-Foreign Exchange Sharia Bank experienced all efficient, but there are differences in the achievement of efficient.
