Perencanaan Mechanical Electrical dan Plumbing Renovasi Gedung F Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and quantity of education UMS (University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta) students to renovate the building F Faculty of engineering to support facilities and infrastructure activities UMS academic community Implementation of building renovation F Faculty of Engineering UMS, need to do a planning include planning MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing). Planning is expected to building F Faculty of Engineering UMS has a system of facilities and building infrastructure that is safe and reliable. In this plan using MEP system calculation method to be able to determine the necessary installation needs and equipped with software AutoCAD and Dialux. The use of Dialux software as a simulation to determine the point of light. Single line diagram and MEP system installation planning are drawn with AutoCAD software to simplify the installation layout based on calculation and simulation results. The result of this planning is obtained by total value of 863,13 A load current by using MCCB protective device (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker) at main distribution panel 1000 A and conductor with 8xNYFGbY 1x185 mm2 cable. Required power required for KVA. Clean water requirement of 961,4 m3 and water for firefighting system equal to 113,55 m3 with flow speed 1000 GPM (Gallon Per Minute) and ground tank capacity 2302,437 m3 with dimension 34 m x 34 m x 2 m.
