The purpose of this research is to describe about the social skill of special needs children in the inclusive school and how the role of parents to developing children’s social skills. This research use qualitative research with phenomenology approach. The main informan from this research are special needs children and their parents, and also their shadows teacher to complete data. The process of collecting data use observation and interview. Observation used for children with special needs in inclusive school and being equipped with shadow teacher’s interview. And how to know about the role of parent use interview with parents of special needs children. Data analysis using Nvivo. The result of this research show that the value from parent like independent and confident supported by atachment from to their children can affect to their social skill development like their relationship between special needs children with their friends
