This study has two objectives. (1) Describe the directive act of speech at the Hitam Putih talk show episode 10 March 2018, (2) Describe expressive speech acts the Hitam Putih talk show episode 10 March 2018. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data in this research is a sentence containing speech acts directive and expressive. The data source of this research from the Hitam Putih talk show episode 10 March 2018. Technique data collection using refer and note technique’s. Technique of data analysis use method of padan. This study discusses the acts of speech directive and expressive. The directive speech aims to produce an effect of actions performed by the speaker, for example: ordering, commanding, pleading, demanding, giving advice. Expressive speech acts that will explain the psychological attitude of the speaker to the circumstances implied in the illocution, for example to say: thank you, congratulate, forgive, criticize, praise, condolences, and others. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, found several acts of directive and expressive directive on the Hitam Putih talk show episode 10 March 2018. The directive speech acts found 6 ordering data, 11 commanding data, 7 pleading data, 7 demanding data, 5 giving advice data. Expressive speech acts have 2 congratulatory data, 4 compliments data, and 7 blasted data
