This study aims to analyze the effect differences before and after the application of KUR to the four balance scorecard perspectives that are financial perspective, customer satisfaction perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective. This research has problem limitation, where branch of PT.Askrindo used as research population or called saturated sampling technique, that is 60 branch offices spread all over Indonesia
The research method used is Manova test, because the test is done more than two variables. With independent variable that is application of KUR program, and dependent variable that is financial perspective, customer satisfaction perspective, internal process perspective and learning & growth perspective. And the results of this study indicate that there are differences before and after the implementation of KUR program at a financial perspective with Sig of 0.003. While on the three other perspective has no difference. As the customer satisfaction perspective is 0.811, the internal prespectiveness of the process is 0.720 and the learning and growth perspective is 0.937
