There is a need to understand better the ecology status of the national soil and plant resources in teh field. this paper proposes a methodology for collaborative using a complex of remote sensing and land suface based measurement and misrocomputer agrometeorological technique for express anf long term measurements for evaluation of soil-plant system elements. Assemblies measurement devices can be mounted in representative pilot areas of territories on west-south, south and east of the Plovdiv region.
The study concludes that the remote sensing and land suface instrumental measurements and evaluation of ecology status of basic soil-plant system elements provide the investigations and practice with data needed to support the sustainable agriculture management and good environment
