Abstract-Kurzzusammenfassung In this work, 5-substituted oxazinones were kinetically resolved in the presence of various organocatalysts for the formation of enantiopure N-protected-β2-amino acid esters. Especially novel chiral cis-DACH derived squaramide catalysts were designed and synthesized for this transformation. In addition to cis-DACH derived catalysts, chiral trans-DACH based squaramide organocatalyst, cis-Takemoto catalyst, Takemoto catalyst and cinchona alkaloid derived squaramide and thiourea catalysts were also screened for this reaction. The alcoholytic KR of oxazinone in the presence of these catalysts yielded corresponding N-protected-β2-amino acid esters in up to 90 % ee and the remaining oxazinones in up to 88 % ee. Moreover chiral organocatalysts derived from cis-DACH were applied for the asymmetric Michael reaction. For instance, cis-DACH based bifunctional sulfonamide catalyst was employed in the asymmetric conjugate addition of iso-butyraldehyde to trans-β-nitrostyrene with moderate yield and high enantioselectivity (60 % yield, 90 % ee).  Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden 5-substituierte Oxazinone mit Hilfe einer organokatalytischen kinetischen Racematspaltung in enatiomerenangereicherte N-geschützte β2-Aminosäureester umgewandelt. Hierzu wurden neuartige chirale Quadratsäureamide mit cis-DACH Rückgrat entwickelt und getestet. Neben diesen Katalysatoren wurde zudem der Einfluss von Quadratsäureamiden mit trans-DACH Rückgrat, dem Takemoto-Katalysator, dem cis-Takemoto Katalysator sowie Quadrat-säureamide und Thioharnstoffe mit Cinchona-Alkaloid Rückgrat untersucht. In der alkoholytischen kinetischen Racematspaltung konnten die N-geschützten β2-Amino-säureester mit bis zu 90 % ee und die verbleibenden Oxazinone mit bis zu 88 % ee erhalten werden. Zusätzlich wurden vom cis-DACH abgeleitete, chirale Organokatalysatoren in der asymmetrischen Michael-Reaktion eingesetzt. So konnte beispielsweise mit Hilfe eines bis-funktionalen Sulfonamids eine moderate Ausbeute und hohe Enantioselektivität für die konjugierte Addition von Isobutyraldehyd an trans-β-Nitrostyrol erhalten werden (60 % Ausbeute, 90 % ee).
