IMPACT. 1: ABRC and CAPS support K-12 science education through hands-on programs for students, professional development for teachers, online access to Greening the Classroom modules, and free Arabidopsis seeds for teachers. -- 2. Recognizing the importance of informal education experiences, our Centers are developing new partnerships with community organizations and participating in public programs to raise awareness about the importance of plants. -- 3.
