Tosecure a job—not a position—is their smallest hurdle.To hold it is more difficult. Their greatest competitorsare the engineering graduates of other institution. Tocompete successfully with these will require many desir-able qualities already known to them. There is one fac-tor, however, which plays a most important part—and itis so easily passed by—namely, to feel that with gradua-tion study days are over and, consequently, the habit ofstudy goes by-the-board, a very serious mistake. So,seniors, if you would succeed, keep up the study habit.E. A.
