Abstract
Проведене вивчення клініко-гормональних особливостей перебігу демодікозу. Дані кореляційних взаємозв’язків між гормональними і імунологічними показниками дозволяють констатувати, що різний ступінь кореляційних зв’язків залежить не тільки від рівня гормонів і імунологічних показників, але й від виду статевих гормонів. Виявлені в процесі проведених досліджень дисбаланс гормонально-імунологічних показників, порушення співвідношення між ендокринною і імунною системами відображають індивідуальні і статеві особливості. З цього виходить, що різні ступінь і характер змін гормонально-імунних відносин обумовлюють і різноманітність клінікоімунологічних проявів при демодікозі.Studying the clinical and hormonal features of the demodicosis course has been carried out. The data of correlations between the hormonal and immunological parameters allow ascertaining that the different degree of the correlations depends not only on the level of hormones and immunological parameters, but also on the kind of sex hormones. The imbalance of hormone-immunological parameters, the violation of the ratio between the endocrine and immune systems having been identified during the studies reflect the individual and sexual features. It implies that the different degree and nature of the changes of hormone-immune relations cause a variety of clinical and immunological manifestations under demodicosis
