Abstract

Labor discipline an employee adherence to norms or regulations that exist in the organization. Discipline holds an important role in the implementation of teachers' work. The teacher is a human resources most important to diperhatiakan. Good discipline reflects the magnitude of the responsibility of Master of the tasks given. Many factors affecting the level of discipline among teachers working leadership style, Organizational Culture and communication. Correlations can be analyzed based on the table of partial correlation between leadership style variable (X1) with the discipline of work (Y) obtained a value of r = 0289. This value indicates a weak positive influence. Partial correlation between organizational culture variables (X2), with the level of work discipline (Y) obtained a value of r = 0587. This value indicates a strong positive influence. Partial correlation between communication variables (X3), the level of labor discipline (Y) obtained a value of r = 0379.
