PT. Nirmala Pangan Sejahtera employ many marketing personnel to sell their products. While doing his job the marketing personnel is usually divided into several areas. Every regions having numbers of workers the marketing personnel different adapted to many business partners in that area. The need for leader for coordinating the marketing personnel, called distribution sales supervisor (DSS). Criteria for the election are recommended from the boss, leadership, age, and discipline. Needed a the support system of decision in election distribution sales supervisor (DSS) in this research used method of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (FMADM) with simple additive weighting (SAW). In the study are tested 50 marketing personnel. Weighting is done for each criterion and thus ranking so known marketing personnel are most worthy of being Distribution Sales Supervisor (DSS). In this study also made software application assessment marketing personnel to help in determining marketing personnel who worthy of being of distribution sales supervisor (DSS).
