The study was conducted to determine what information the system needs to be built by the company to support the company in achieving its goals. The research method using Value Change and Critical Success Factor ( CSF ) . The results achieved through this study of information systems in accordance with the company\u27s critical success factors that allow companies to determine the steps to build a system that is profitable for the company .
