Pemilihan Laboran Berprestasi Menggunakan Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

The Laboratory is an open or closed space managed for practicing activities, testing, calibration using specific equipment and the scientific method. The Laboratory function is very important for the implementation of education, research, or community service. So that its functions can be run optimally, it needs competent human resources to manage the laboratory well. Because of the role and function is very important for the academic progress of Higher Education, The Ministry of Research and Technology College awarded for the laboratory staff who have achievement in managing laboratory. Each university can choose the best laboratory as vice College to compete at the national level. In determining the best laboratory, we need a method that is appropriate to take a decision. Fuzzy MADM (Multi-Attribute Decision Making) with Simple Additive weighting is a method used to find the optimal alternative based on criteria determined by the weight values and looking for the weighted sum of the alternate performance of each attribute. The author tries to apply this method is based on the criteria of education, length of service, integrity and personality, achievement and completeness of the document. Each criterion is given weight, calculated the normalized matrix and weight vector to produce on ranking. Despite of having the same initial value, applying the Fuzzy MADM able to distinguish the value of the final result with a score of 3 for the highest value
