Sistematización de la experiencia mujeres madres jefas de hogar sin cónyuge, estudiantes de la corporación universitario minuto de Dios - Uniminuto y su vivienda en la crianza y cuidado de sus hijos

Abstract

En la presente sistematización se realiza un abordaje analítico de la experiencia del Proyecto de asesoría familiar titulado ‘Mujeres madres jefas de hogar sin cónyuge estudiantes de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios – Uniminuto y su vivencia en la crianza y cuidado de sus hijos e hijas’. El proyecto se construyó como un espacio de reflexión colectiva enmarcado en el diálogo de saberes entre las participantes, logrando de esta manera reconocer, visibilizar y generar nuevas perspectivas transformadoras en cuanto los desafíos que como madres Jefas de hogar se imponen día a día en su cotidianidad familiar, académica y social. Es así, como las madres resignificaron y fortalecieron el vínculo con sus hijos e hijas, aportando gran trascendencia a sus potencialidades y oportunidades de mejora, para continuar forjando un camino de sueños. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el proceso de sistematización, surgieron a partir del análisis realizado a la luz de la perspectiva sistémica y del pensamiento complejo, permitiendo comprender el proceso de asesoría en su integralidad, retomando desde su metodología participativa hasta el repaso crítico de sus momentos fundamentales.In the present systematization is made a collision around the experience of the project of Family Counseling women mothers boss of family students of the University Corporation Minute of God- Uniminute and their experience in the nurturing and care of their children, Through which it was possible to construct a space of collective reflection framed in the dialogue of knowledge among the participants, thus recognizing, visible and generating new transformative perspectives as the challenges that are imposed day by day in their family, academic and social daily life. This is how the mothers remeaned and strengthened the bond with their sons and daughters, bringing great transcendence to their potential and opportunities for improvement, to continue forging a path of dreams. The results obtained through the process of systematization, arose from the analysis carried out in the light of the systemic perspective and the complex thought, allowing to understand integrally the relational dynamics, existing in the different Areas that are part of the life of the participants and their various ways of seeing and conceiving the world
