Abstract
The plan of business establishment of Green Banana rainbow is one form of business
that still conserve traditional food Makassar by providing innovation but not
menghilkan cultural elements of the food. This business is a simple business but has a
very lucrative selling value, currently by developing it by combing the Java,
Kalimantan and Sumatra areas that the majority are not too familiar with Green
banana ice which is a typical food from Sulawesi. For that the authors expect the
business of Rainbow Green Banana can run and provide good prospects, and Able to
preserve and innovate with traditional food of Nusantara especially Banana Green
typical of Makassar, Southeast Sulawesi. Based on the results of business feasibility
analysis using Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return can be
concluded that Rainbow Banana is declared eligible to run and have a good business
opportunity in the future
