Abstract

Mozarella di Jero is a culinary business that produces and sells typical comro West Java (Sundanese) but with a more unique name and look. Mozarella in Jero is a home-based business located at Nanas 6, Bogor. This business uses a combination of cassava and mozzarella as stuffing from comro, besides added topping on it with various types of sweets such as messes ceres or can be requested on request. Pempek promotion is done through instagram, BBM, Whatsapp, Line and Poster as advertising media. Based on the results of the analysis, the business is feasible to run because the investment capital will return (Payback Period) at the time the business runs 1 year 11 months
