Implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) aims to gain experience related to Praktikan studies, to meet one of the Faculty of Economics Faculty Management S1 degree courses in the State University of Jakarta and provide students of science in the field of Human Resources. Therefore, as future generations in the future must prepare themselves to face the competition in the increasingly tight business world. One of the efforts undertaken by the Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta (UNJ) is by conducting Field Work Practice (PKL). Field Work Practice (PKL) held at the Head Office of Perum LPPNPI which is located at Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No.1 Tangerang 15121 Banten - Indonesia. Field Work Practice (PKL) is conducted for 40 days starting from 03 July to 25 August 2017. Field Work Practice (PKL) in the Division of Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations. The task of the authors do during the implementation of the Job Training (PKL) is to recapitulate the list of offices, typing decisions of ministers of state-owned enterprises, typing outgoing corporate recruitment letter, making some receipts for rewarding job satisfaction, and implementing data input Attachment Letter Head Assignment Bureau of Personnel and Organization. Benefits of Field Work Practice (PKL) is a writer to gain experience as a comparison between learning theories in lectures with actual work practices.
