This paper has a purpose to know how about the procurement and
management of fixed assets investment in Meganindo Surya Citra
company. Research method that used is qualitative and quantitative
descriptive analysis, with searching data through library, observation, and
interview.
From writting results can be concluded that the fixed asset investment
needed good handling, starting from procurement through to management
of fixed assets that is by maximize use of fixed assets and minimize
expenses that arises related to the fixed assets to maximum revenue well
generated cost that small to produce a maximum of profitability.
