The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the promotion, work environment, and employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. 2) Test empirically influence of promotion towards employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. 3) Test empirically influence of work environment towards employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. 4) Test empirically influence of promotion and work environment toward employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. The analysis implemented in this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 44 employee’s of Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. This research using simple random sampling. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then
processed using SPSS 21. The results show that 1) There is a significant and positive effect between promotion and employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. 2) There is a significant and positive effect between work environment and employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat. 3) The influence of the promotion and work environment together on employee’s job satisfaction in Access Division, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, Witel Jakarta Pusat.
