Abstract

ABSTRACT ASTUTY WIDYA LESTARI. Correlation between Teachers of Teaching Styles with Learning Economic Motivation Of The 43 Senior High School Students in Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta : Studies Program of Economics Eduation, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This study aims to gain knowledge based on eloquent data and facts, right and trustworthy if there is Correlation between Teachers of Teaching Styles with Learning Economic Motivation Of The 43 Senior High School Students in Jakarta. The research was conducted in four months from September 2011 to December 2011. The research method used is survey method with correlation approach. The population in the research were all students of 43 Senior High School. While the affordable population are the students who follow the lesson of Economics in the school year 2010/2011 that are 448 students. The sample used are 70 students. The sampling technique in this research is Proportional Random Sampling. Simple linier regression equation which has been obtained is Y = 34,64+0,98 X. The test requirements analysis is the test to see the normality estimated regression error of Y on X. It shows that estimated regression error of Y on X is normally distributed. In hypothesis test, the worthy and liniearity express linier and worth regression. Correlation coefficient is calculated by using the formula of Person Product Moment. It generates rxy 0,741 while the results obtained from significance test tcount is 9,112 and t table is 1,671. Because of t count > t table , it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between Teachers of Teaching Styles with Learning Economic Motivation Of The 43 Senior High School Students in Jakarta. Coefficient calculation determination shows 54,93 % Y variable variation is determined by X variable. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive correlation between Teachers of Teaching Styles with Learning Economic Motivation Of The 43 Senior High School Students in Jakarta
