PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KARYAWAN STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT GROUP PT BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI

Abstract

ABSTRACT Jamilatul Affifah, 2016; The Influence Of Job Insecurity, and Job Stress on Organizational Commitment at Strategic Procurement Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about job insecurity, job stress and organizational commitment Strategic Procurement Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, 2) To test empirically the influence of job insecurity on organizational commitment Strategic Procurement Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, 3) To test empirically the influence of job stress on organizational commitment Strategic Procurement Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sample of this research are 55 employees of Strategic Procurement Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 21. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that job insecurity have significant effect on organizational commitment, job stress have significant effect on organizational commitment. The adjusted R2 value are 0.881 or 88,1%. This show that 88,1% of organizational commitment are influenced by job insecurity and job stres, while the rest 11,9% influenced by other factors.
