HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN DALAM MENGHADAPI HAMBATAN DENGAN MOTIVASI PADA KARYAWAN PT. LION SUPER INDO JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT DIAH LESTARI. The Correlation Between Adversity Quotient With Motivation of Employee at PT. Lion Super Indo, Jakarta. Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research are to get validity and reliable data of fact about how strong the correlation between Adversity Quotient with Motivation of Employee at. PT. Lion Super Indo, Jakarta. This research is has been done for 3 months since October to December 2011. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, with used primary data. While the data is gained from questionnaire respondent by the employee PT. Lion Super Indo, Jakarta. The population in this study is the employees of PT. Lion Super Indo, which amounts to 210 people. Samples used as many as 131 people with a level of 5% error. The sampling technique used is by using proportional random sampling. To gather data X and Y variable (Adversity Quotient and Motivation) used Likert-shaped instrument. The analysis test found by regression equation, is Y = 41,96 + 0,436X. After that, the result of data regression normality test to X by using Liliefors formula is L count = 0,048 in significant level 0,05 and L = 0,077, so L count F (3,92) showing that it has significant regression. While regression linearity test, F table count (1,48) t . Beside that , the results of determinanation coefficient test is 26,32% which means that the motivation of employees determination 26,32% by Adversity Quotient. The conclusion shown that research has a positive between Adversity Quotient with Motivation of Employee at PT. Lion Super Indo. It can be concluded that the greater overall Adversity Quotient, the greater Motivation of Employee
