PENGARUH KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA SISWA DI SMK MUTIARA BANGSA JAKARTA

ABSTRACT Dwi Lestari. 8105112203. The influence of Independence Learning and Motivation Study on Learning Outcomes Students of SMK Mutiara Bangsa Jakarta. Thesis.Jakarta: Concentration of Economic Education Program Office Administration Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research was conducted in SMK Mutiara Jakarta Nations, during one month, in December 2015. The method used was survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Mutiara Jakarta Nations. Population inaccessibility is a class XI student of SMK Mutiara Bangsa many as 120 students.The sampling technique used is proportional random technique as many as 89 students. Calculation of reliability of both variables using Cronbach alpha formula. Results X1 variable reliability of 0.917 and the reliability of the results of X2 0.875. This result proves that the instrument of both variables reliable. The resulting regression equation is Y = 28.012 + 0.244 X1 + 0.160 X2. Test requirements analysis that shows the significance of residual normality test of 0.200 is more than 0.05, which means that the data are normally distributed. While the linearity test X1 to Y shows the number 0.775 are also more than 0.05, it indicates that the variable X1 has a linear effect on variable Y, as well as the X2 to Y shows the number 0.387 so it can be inferred that the X2 has a linear effect on variable Y. based test the hypothesis that F test showed that Fhitung> Ftabel amounted to 32.625> 3.11. It can be concluded that the independence of learning and motivation to learn simultaneously influence on learning outcomes. In the Test T, it can be seen that the T count of learning independence 5.923> 1.666 Ttabel so it can be concluded that the independence of the study had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. In addition, the results of T arithmetic learning motivation 3.990> 1.666 Ttabel so it can be interpreted that the motivation to learn has a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the ability of independent learning and motivation to learn to explain the learning outcomes are a stimulant that is equal to 43.1%.
