HUBUNGAN ANTARA ORIENTASI TUJUAN DENGAN KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN KOPERASI BANK BUKOPIN DI JAKARTA.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rini Syamsurizal. Correlation Between Goal orientation With Job Performance of Koperasi Bank Bukopin employees at Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2011. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between goal orientation with job performance of employee’s at Koperasi Bank Bukopin. The research healed at Koperasi Bank Bukopin for three months since Oktober until Desember 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at Koperasi Bank Bukopin. The population research was all of employees with total 122 employees, with 89 employees for sampling and used proportional random sampling. Collecting X variable data (Goal Orientation) and Y variable data (Job performance), using likert scale model questionaire, before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Goal Orientation) is 0,928. Data analyze technical by finding regression equation, that is Y = 283,09 + 1,648X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,069 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,094, so L . It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is F count count F (3,96). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (0,61) t . It means that there are significance correlations between goal orientation with employe’s job performance. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 4,52%, it means that job performance variable determined by 4,52% goal orientation variable. Table The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a correlation between Goal Orientation with job performance Koperasi Bank Bukopin
