HUBUNGAN KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA (WORK FAMILY CONFLICT) DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA (JOB SATISFACTION) PADA KARYAWAN DI PT CIPTA KRIDA BAHARI JAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRACT NURVICA INDAH PERMATASARI. Correlation between Work Family Conflict with Job Satisfaction of employee in PT Cipta Krida Bahari Jakarta. The script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2015. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlation between Work Family Conflict with Job Satisfaction at employee in PT Cipta Krida Bahari Jakarta. This research have been donne for two month since 6th April 2015 until 22nd May 2015. The methode of research is survey with method with correlation approach. The populations research consist of all employees of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Jakarta with total 362 employees, while the affordable populations consist of woman employees with total 128 employees. Based on population table and sample with 5% margin og error, we get 95 sample of employee with purposive sampling technique. To encompass data from X variable about Work Family Conflict and Y variable about Job Satisfaction that was get through data that intention using questionnaire. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 182,031-0,927X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,050 and L =0,091 in significant level 0.05 to sample total (n) 95, so L count = (0,050)< L Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression sigificance test and the result is, F count table table (43,51) > F (3,96). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (1,54) -t (-1,66). It means that there are significance and negative correations between job satisfaction with work family conflict. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 31,89%, it means that job satisfaction to employee variable determined by 31,89% work family conflict variable. The table conclusion of the research have shown that there is a negative correlations between work family conflict and job satiscaftion to employee. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflic
