Abstract

Ahmad Makmuri, Correlation between Switching Barrier and repurchase Intention Im3 Card Customer of Economic and Administration Department State University of Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Commerce Education Concentration, Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta, Desember 2011 The aim of this research is to obtain empirical data and sahih and reliable fact concerning wheter or not there is correlation between switching barrier and repurchase intention at Economic and Administration Department State University of Jakarta Student. The research used survey method with approach of correlation. Technique in take of used sample that is proposional random sampling. The population in this research amount to 763 person and the reached of population amount 55 person. From the reached population amount reached the taken as sample amount 48 person. To get data from two variables, using likert scale model for repurchase intention (Y) and switching barrier (X). For variable Y, from 40 statement which had validated 30 statement were valid and 10 statement were drop. And for variable X, from 40 statement which had validated 32 statement were valid and 8 statement were drop Liliefors test for significant index use α = 0,05, for 48 sample with normal distribution test if Lo(count) Lt (tabel) its means Y and X not normal. The result is the regression equation is significant because Lo = 0,1001 and Lt = 0,1279. In linear regression calculation between switching barrier (variable X) and repurchase intention (variable Y) and the result is 0,60 in constanta and 44,10 in regression direction. The equation for linear regression is Ŷ = 44,10 + 0,60 X. Significant test and linear model regression test between switching barrier and repurchase intention is F (count) 1,79 < F (tabel) 1,99 that can be interpreted that the regression equation is linier. Results of hypotesis test with pearson’s product moment shows that rxy = 0,611 and Significant of product moment correlation is test which yield tcount = 5,233 > ttabel = 1,684, it can be result that product moment correlation rxy = 0,611 is significant coefficient of determined obtained equal to 37,32%, its mean that 37,32% variation of repurchase intention by switching barrier. Result of the calculation concludes that is positive correlation between Repurchase Intention and Switching Barrier at Economic and Administration Department State University of Jakarta Student
