Abstract
This research-based paper discusses the fulfilment of two of the ecosoc rights of the victims of Lapindo Mud. Both the right of education and of health of those victimised are not fulfilled. This is shown when the four elements of indicator are considered. The four elements are: availability, achievablity, acceptability, and appropreatibility
