У навчально-методичному посібнику викладено сутність антикорупційного законодавства та шляхи реалізації антикорупційної політики в Україні з урахуванням нових антикорупційних законів, зокрема, Закону України «Про вищу освіту»; запропоновано систему знань і вмінь, які забезпечують здатність запобігати виникненню корупційних діянь, протидіяти проявам корупції та усувати наслідки правопорушень, пов’язаних із корупцією у сфері освіти.
