本发明公开了一种富锂锰基正极材料及其制备方法,包括步骤:(a)提供含有(i)锂化合物、镍化合物和锰化合物,和任选的(ii)钛化合物、铁化合物、钴化合物或其组合的混合溶液;(b)向所述的混合溶液中加入用于形成预凝物的络合剂以及催化剂和表面活性剂,从而形成预凝物;其中,所述的络合剂含有间苯二酚和甲醛;(c)将所述的预凝物煅烧后,得到富锂锰基的正极材料Li[LixNiaMnbM1-a-b-x]O2,M=Ti,Fe,Co,或其组合;0<x≤0.4,
