Managerial competences in EF JU student´s development

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of managerial competences of the students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice who study program Management and Business Economics with a proposal how to develop core competences to increase their competitiveness in the labour market. The results are based on the questionnaire survey of the students and managers of companies, focusing on the soft skills established by the Central Database of Competences
