Quantitative of cattle slaughtered in the years 2011 to 2013 in three slaughterhouse under of service inspection municipal in city of S?o Lu?s - MA

Todos os textos, informa??es e resultados apresentados s?o de inteira responsabilidade dos autores.Parte do TCC do primeiro autor, Curso de Zootecnia, UEMA.O objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar o levantamento do quantitativo de abate de bovinos no per?odo de 2011 a 2013 em tr?s grandes frigor?ficos sob o servi?o inspe??o municipal em S?o Lu?s - MA. Os dados foram obtidos da Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura, Pesca e Abastecimento de S?o Lu?s, e calculados os percentuais com base no n?mero de bovinos abatidos ao ano correspondente. Com base no levantamento, pode-se constatar que durante os tr?s anos do levantamento, foram abatidos e inspecionados 291.529 bovinos. O frigor?fico B, em todo o per?odo de observa??o concentrou a maior quantidade de abate, contudo, n?o houve diferen?a estat?stica significativa (P>0,05) no volume de abate dentro e entre os frigor?ficos A, B e C, para os tr?s anos de estudo.The objective of this study was to evaluate the lifting of quantitative cattle slaughter in 2011-2013 period in three large slaughterhouse in the municipal inspection service in Sao Luis - MA. Data were obtained from the Municipal Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Supply of St. Louis, and calculated the percentage based on the number of cattle slaughtered the corresponding year. Based on the survey, it can be seen that during the three years of the survey, were slaughtered and inspected 291,529 cattle. The slaughterhouse B throughout the observation period concentrated the greatest amount of killing, however, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05) in the volume of slaughter within and between slaughterhouses A, B and C, for the three years study
