Problems of protecting the conserved sea areas in the Adriatic sea

Abstract

Zakoni i pravilnici o Nacionalnim parkovima i Parkovima prirode nastoje što više očuvati netaknutost prirode i zaštititi biološku raznolikost. Njihovom primjenom nastoji se omogućiti i budućim generacijama iskorištavanje resursa uz očuvanje svih prisutnih vrsta, bez zagađenja i unosa alohtonih vrsta. U ovom radu izložen je kratki pregled biološke raznolikosti zaštićenih područja, kao i mjera zaštite u svrhu njenog očuvanja. Kako bi se ove mjere provodile i očuvanje bilo uspješno potrebno je bolje kontrolirati provođenje zakona. Poticati razne projekte zaštite i međunarodnu suradnju. Također važno je raditi na podizanju svijesti građana o važnosti očuvanja biološke raznolikosti i poštivanja zakona.Laws and rule books about the National parks and the Parks of nature try to preserve the nature intact and protect biological diversity. By applying those laws we try to enable the future generations to also use those resources with preserving all the existing species, without pollution and introducing allochthonous species. This work presents a short review of the biological diversity of the protected areas, along with the protection measures with purpose of preserving it. In order to implement those measures and to make the preservation successful, it is necessary to have a better control of the implement of the laws, to incourage various projects of protection and the international cooperation.
