Análise do domínio organizacional na perspectiva arquivística: um estudo baseado na metodologia proposta por Designing and Implementing Recordkeeping Systems, DIRKS

Abstract

This research aims to study forms of DIRKS Methodology – Designing and Implementing Recordkeeping Systems, for designing of an organizational domain. The assumptions of this research are: the collecting of the entities of a domain is prior to its organizational structure; the organizational domain is essential to create the necessary tools for a recordkeeping system; the functional approach proposed, and implementing of the DIRKS provides its context and the necessary guarantees to validate tools for document management systems.This work aims specifically to map the entities present in the data collection forms of DIRKS Methodology. It has analyzed eight (08) forms, used in implementing the project of development of management tools, such as: document classification schemes, tables of temporalities, in the context of records for the activities of the Executive Branch of the Brazilian State of Minas. Its methodology consists of twelve (12) steps that extend from the process of identifying entities in the form fields to their mapping into a categorical system using the key categories of Ranganathan. For layout of the categorical system protégé software was used. As result a categorical system that represents an organizational domain is founded. The results were analyzed and discussed in the context of document management, occasioning reflections on the analysis and design of organizational domains from the records management point of view
