Abstract

The quality of academic programs is directly proportional to the services it offers its information system, hence to assess the services of the library system from the Centros de Maestros, it was a good opportunity to measure their effectiveness, efficiency, effectiveness and positioning. The first chapter deals with the theoretical part of the Evaluation of Libraries. The purpose is to give a general idea of what is it?, What are the existing models? And also know why their application in libraries is important and generates benefits both librarians and users. In the second chapter provides an overview of the Centers for Teachers and the context in which they are created, also discusses each of the 18 libraries that exist in the centers of the Distrito Federal.
