This study aims to determine how perceptions of employee job satisfaction of Hyatt Regency
Yogyakarta Hotel and also the reality that employee job satisfaction will be gained during the work. Then we
will analyze whether there is any difference between them. The analysis tool is the analysis of the mean, t-test,
and ANOVA. The result of this study is that there is no significant difference between the perception and the
reality of employee job satisfaction, or it can be said employee job satisfaction Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is
high.
